Making an Appointment
Taking that first step is never easy. Our staff are here to help you through that maze and get you to your first appointment. You can either send in an online request or phone the office direct, either way we will be able to advise availability with all our Psychologist immediately.
To choose the clinician that is right for you we can talk through with you the reason for your referral and help you to decide which clinician would best suit your needs. Our website has individual profiles of all our Clinicians on the Team page.

What you need
to bring with you
In most cases a Treatment Plan completed by your GP is the only paperwork you need to bring with you. This will entitle you to a Medicare rebate. Fees will be discussed with you at the time of making your first booking.
Payment
All fees are payable at the time of your appointment. We offer Eftpos, HI-CAPS, direct transfer and payment links via SMS/Email.
Our Facilities
We cater to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families and our facilities are designed to meet the needs of all. We have 4 offices including 2 play therapy rooms. Our facility has full Disability access through the rear door and disabled toilet facilities also.
