Sage of Mind is a proud supporter of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS provides all Australians under the age of 65 with permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life. People with disability choose the providers they engage with and can change providers at any time.
As an NDIS provider, we offer participants access to all our services, with costs fully covered by the NDIS.

We offer evidence-based assessment and treatments for NDIS clients who are self or plan managed. Sage of Mind can conduct a number of assessments and prepare reports for children and adult clients.
