At Sage of Mind, we provide assessments and therapy to all ages, with our therapists experienced in a wide variety of presentations.
To ensure we can provide the very best care for all our patients, we are very selective with the therapists who join our team. We require all our clinicians be university qualified with postgraduate qualifications, be fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and be approved therapists under Medicare and Work Cover.

Treatments
We are known for providing evidence-based practices, i.e., Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EDMR) and Schema Therapy - just to name a few. All of these therapies are recognised by the APS, Medicare, Work Cover, the World Health Organisation, etc to be effective therapies. The best outcomes for most presentations are usually achieved with individual or group therapy.
Our Process
Our treatment modalities are practical and processed-based approaches. They focus on psycho education, skills development, enhancing adaptive behaviours and processing intrusive content. We all require assistance from time to time, and getting help from your GP and psychologist can be a vital step in gaining your life back.
